Crafted with care from the milk of our own pedigree Holstein herd, this exceptional blue cheese is a true expression of quality and tradition.
Matured initially for two weeks in our specially constructed man-made cave, the cheese develops a delicate bloom and complex flavour. It is then wrapped in foil and transferred to a cooler environment, where it continues to mature slowly for an additional 2?3 weeks, allowing its smooth texture and subtle blue veining to fully evolve.
