Our bloomy white-rinded organic cheese. Gert Lush is a sophisticated, nuanced take on the classic white-rinded cheese ? a camembert if you will. The rind is not chewy, nor is it too thick, and there is some good geo and candidum development which means the paste is fully broken down, and very unlike other British bloomy rinds. A crowd pleaser. Gert Lush was awarded a Gold at the Artisan Cheese Awards 2022 and one star at the Great Taste Awards 2022.
