Hartington White Stilton Chocolate & Chilli 2x1.5kg

White Stilton is similar to Blue Stilton only without the essential additive that turns it blue called Penicillium roqueforti. The resulting cheese is mild but creamy and tangy flavour. It is an excellent cheese to use in cooking, and within salads, as it will not overpower other ingredients, which is why it is so often used with blended cheese. Just like our Blue, our White Stilton is made under license and to strict guidelines for the consistent recipe and quality purposes. This like all Stilton has a Designated Origin UK Protected status (was PDO) as a cheese variety. As we are one of the only four producers and the smallest in the UK this ensures consistency of the quality of Stilton.
