Invented in 1987 at Hunts Court farm which is a cheese throw from the Herefordshire border. We are flattered that this cheese is extensively copied elsewhere now. However, all examples we've seen are made of minced and then re-formed cheddar cheese. It's then rolled in hop dust! Buyer beware!
