May Hill Green is a pasteurised full fat soft cheese with a natural rind of chopped nettles. Patches of mould of varying interesting hues may grow through the nettle coat. Dimensions: 220mm diameter, 35mm thick. This cheese is the most recent cheese from Hunts Court, being launched in October 1999. The cheese is soft and almost runny with a gentle enigmatic flavour coming from the chopped nettle coat.
