Petit Sapin 250g
Soft ripened cheese made from cows milk in the Jura Mountains. The cheese matures in a nice wooden box and is surrounded by a spruce belt. Creamy and mild. The Petit Sapin is very similar to the Mont d'Or AOP, but is available all year long.
