Full fat soft double cream cheese from Kaserai Champignon, brine dipped, paprika extract is smeared over the cheese which gives the edible rind its unique reddish colour. Over recent years this cheese has won numerous Gold awards and in July 2015 it was crowned Supreme Champion at the Great Yorkshire Cheese Show.
