White Cheshire 2.5kg block
A mild and milky Cheshire cheese from Carron Lodge with an excellent, slightly tangy aftertaste and a firm but crumbly texture. Produced from the milk of our pedigree Holsteins, feasting on the lush grass of The Fylde plains, our Cheshire is available all year round in 2.5kg, 5kg, 20kg blocks, 4kg wheels, 27kg traditionals and quarter traditionals. Pasteurised and suitable for vegetarians, great on its own as a snacking cheese or as accompanied with a spicy, sweet fruit chutney. Available as White Cheshire or with the addition of the natural dye, Annatto to create Red Cheshire.
