Our team of cheesemakers make a wonderful range of award-winning cheeses from conventional cow, goat, sheep, and even buffalo milk. Our additive manager arranges flavouring to be adde d after the curds are formed and before the curds are pressed. The flavour works its way through the cheese during ageing, creating some of the most popular flavoured cheese out there.
